DASA – Dignity for All Students Act Workshop (NYSED Approved)

The DASA – Dignity for All Students Act Workshop is required by the New York State

Education Department (NYSED) for teacher certification. DASA was established to provide a school environment free of discrimination and harassment. This workshop addresses bullying prevention, harassment prevention, and discrimination intervention in schools.

Partnership

The DASA workshop is provided in partnership with ABC Bully Free, a 501(c)(3) non-profit

organization dedicated to keeping children safe and protected from bullying.

Who Must Complete This Course?

This workshop is required for:

  • Individuals applying for New York State teacher certification
  • School personnel
  • Educational professionals

Completion of this workshop is a mandatory component of NYSED certification requirements.
